Google Classroom

Google Classroom's purpose is to facilitate paperless communication between teachers and students. At first, it took me awhile to get the hang of it. I have actually never used this before so I did not know what I was doing at first. I feel like this is going to help me a lot as a teacher. I will be able to post my assignments whenever I want and the kids will have access to it. It is a quick easy way to communicate with your students. Once you assign an assignment, the students will receive a notification about the assignment. They can then do the assignment right away and receive instant feedback from the teacher. Students also have the ability to comment on the assignment if they have any questions. Google Classroom reminds me a lot of Edmodo. They are both pretty similar in the way you create assignments, grade, and organize the information. It is also a very simple tool that parents can get on and check to see how their student is doing in the classroom. I plan on using this tool as much as possible when I become a teacher.

  1. I am glad you have the experiences before with this tool and now you learn how to use it! Google Classroom is a valuable resource to have as a student, teacher, and parent. Classroom can be used for students to have easy access to their assignments, whether they lose their the hard copy, they have been absent, or they are one the road. Students can access this on most forms of technology, and are able to do their homework virtually anywhere.
